RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Director of Sales Ops will be responsible for the following:

·         Assist HR in the development of processes for hiring , skills and career development

·         Optimizing current on-boarding  training for both sales and presales

·         Owning and maintaining all systems to assist with forecasting sales projections, sales activities, knowledge management and productivity

·         Development of Compensation Plans

·         Work with Sales & Marketing Leadership to ensure appropriate geographic lead balancing

·         Territory alignment and optimization

·         Assist marketing in the development of corporate “playbooks”

·         Analysis of data to drive corporate strategy

·         Providing product input and assist in strategic direction in order to rapidly penetrate and grow new accounts

·         Ownership of sales meetings/roundtables/summits

·         Overall focus on increasing sales efficiency (time, effort) and effectiveness (quality, results) over time


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The Senior Director of Sales Ops will possess:

·         Track record of global business results and performance in scaling a sales organization from $20M to over $100M in revenue

·         10 years of professional experience in sales and/or sales management (preferably in selling enterprise software and CRM solutions). Previous experience in the Sales Ops Management role is a must.

·         Experience with consultative sales forces with a focus on solutions selling (Q & A), as opposed to Feature/Benefit

·         Proven ability to assist in the recruitment, and retention of world class sales teams

·         Demonstrated international experience

·         Experience with entrepreneurial, small company cultures and the impact on strategy and execution

·         Solid financial, strategic and planning skills

·         Record of productive contribution to strategic direction to substantially increase company growth

EDUCATION
The Senior Director of Sales Ops will possess a BS/BA (ideally in a technology related field).  An MBA would be considered a value-added advantage.
 

COMPENSATION
The Senior Director of Sales Ops will receive a compensation package that is competitive and commensurate with experience.


-Experience with at least one of the following; Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, ----Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite CRM is an asset
-Prior experience using any of the following technologies are heavily valued: Responsys, -Aprimo, Unica, Exact Target, Vtrenz, Eloqua
-Solid understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML, Perl, web servers/technology, streaming media)
-Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams to provide quick and timely responses to prospects
-Must have superior written and verbal communication skills, organization and time management skills
-Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
-Willing to have frequent short stay travel
