Aon a fast track to capture the Mid-Market opportunities for Spend Management Solutions. We are building a new Growing Enterprise Sales team and are currently looking for experienced, aggressive Account Executives to sell our new On-Demand platform. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing sales team and a chance to work with the industry leading Spend Management organization.

The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate new business revenue for  within the growing enterprise market, companies with $2B in annual revenue or less. The Account Executive will be assigned a geographic territory and will focus on generating new account revenue, as well as, cross-selling opportunities in existing customers, efficiently moving prospects through the  sales process, utilizing telephone based sales, web conferencing, and face-to-face meetings at  offices. The Account Executive will report to the Sales Director, West Region, Growing Enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities
*Leads the process of selling and closing new business
*Builds relationships with key C-level executives
*Manages client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
*Diagnoses applicability of  On-Demand services to client needs
*Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations to potential clients
*Effectively and efficiently leverages  internal resources
*Expresses customer requirements to  internal organizations to shape and influence products and services
*Responsible for tracking all customer information, forecasts & reports using Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience selling to the C-level executives
*Experience creating and implementing a multi-level sales strategy
*Previous experience in selling “On-Demand” subscription software preferred
*Proven track record of consistent above quota performance
*Ability to develop strong relationships
*Excellent diagnostic skills. Can determine where and how the solution set fulfills a need for a prospective client
*Compelling communications and presentation skills that produce impact, understanding and action
*Ability to work in a team sales environment
*Self-motivated
*Customer focused and results driven
*The position is preferably based in Chicago and will cover the Central territory


Basic Minimum Qualifications
*Bachelor’s Degree Liberal Arts, Economics or Business preferred
*5-7+ years of experience successfully selling complex enterprise solutions to Global 5000 corporations or Mid-Market corporations preferred
