Responsibilities:
Manage the entire pipeline process from lead to closed opportunity
Identify and pursue opportunities within your sales territories
Communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to key executives, and explain how it relates to their needs
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com, while creating satisfied customers
Negotiate and close business
Help identify weaknesses in the existing sales process and create and implement improvements

What's Required of the Ideal Candidate?

Minimum of 4 year software sales experience, Saas business applications sales preferred
Competitive, energetic self-starter with a passion to earn money
A demonstrated ability to understand technology and processes
A Bachelor or University degree
Knowledge of solution selling and/or other sales strategies
Must possess good oral and written communication skills
A Proven track record of success
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
An entrepreneurial spirit is a must
