ETL Engineer San Francisco 415
We are looking for a passionate data specialist to join our Delivery Services Team. The successful candidate is detail oriented and meticulous yet able to adapt to a growing, fast paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Ø Coordinate delivery of client data to be used during engagements
Ø Develop strategies and scripts to ensure the quality of deliveries to and from clients;
Ø Develop, run and monitor ETL scripts to move client data into productions servers.
Ø Identify and develop procedures to ensure that data quality and integrity can be verified at each step in all processes.
Ø Create reusable procedures and scripts to perform ETL tasks.
Ø Provide support to internal customers when necessary.
Requirements
Ø Exceptional Oracle Database & ETL Skills:
Ø Expert in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus and Oracle database tools
Ø Demonstrable proficiency in Perl or other scripting language
Ø 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Warehousing or ETL programmer
Ø Ideally experienced with large document databases, document text extraction or document management systems.
Ø DTS experience is a plus.
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø BS in Computer Science or Related field
Ø Oracle certification (OCP or OCDBA) a plus
