Inside Sales Manager, San Francisco Bay Area, 415

We are looking for Energetic Inside Sales Manager to assist a growing Sales Organization and to support a field sales activities. Seeking SaaS and HCM experience

Requirements:

5 years experience successfully managing an inside sales team for an enterprise software or Consulting firm selling enterprise software to mid to large sized corporations .
Sales experience with web based  solutions highly desirable
Ability to overcome objections and engage prospective customers in a dialogue about their issues and pain points.
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Used to making a high volume of calls and booking meetings.
Must be goal oriented with a track record of having to exceed Sales Targets
Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities effectively
Experience with large market account penetration including the ability to identify key contacts, relationship building, decision maker direct access, Latent and Active Pain detection and value proposition selling.
Business Acumen – Demonstrates knowledge of Market & Competition
Experience with  using Salesforce.com & Hoovers
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Consistently qualify a high volume of Inbound Marketing Leads.
Develop a significant pipeline of opportunities for the sales team to work including setting up meetings and presentations.
Accurately report all lead follow-up in Salesforce.com
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
May need to provide product demos to qualified customers on request.
Prepares weekly call reports using Salesforce.com
Works closely with the respective Regional Sales Managers, Channel Managers & other Inside Sales Team Members to ensure outstanding results
Other duties as  assigned
