Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop a strong understanding of the product suite and implementation techniques
-Act as the lead implementation resource on several projects simultaneously
-Assess customer requirements and determine level of effort for implementation
-Develop new functionality in response to customer requirements
-Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations
-Build proof of concept examples that can be leveraged across current and future implementations
-Assist or guide contractors as well as internal collaborators during implementation
-Ensure that established “best practices” are used when implementing products
-Communicate customer feedback to engineering team for product direction
-Share lessons learned with the team as well as with implementation partners
Required knowledge, skills, education and experience:
-Four-year bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
-5+ years related experience in web design/production environment
-Strong understanding of web applications and technologies such as database, client/server applications and applicable networking technologies
-Strong experience with Perl and PHP; OO experience preferred
-Mastery of HTML, web design issues, CSS and other web technologies
-XHTML and AJAX experience preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a focus on service- and customer-oriented communication
-Experience with database construction and programming (MySQL)
-Familiarity with UNIX command-line environment
