As a .Net Software Developer/Engineer you will:
Brainstorm and formulate cutting-edge product breakthroughs, defining architecture and product functionality
Take a hands-on approach while participating in all phases of the development process
Help establish product milestones and schedules by prioritizing issues and ensuring deadlines are met
Evaluate performance of key application elements and fine-tune them to cover the range of customer use
Experience and Skills:
A bachelors degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
At least two years in packaged commercial software development
Fluent with any .NET language (will also consider VB 6.0, Java, COM and C++ skills used in a commercial application environment acceptable)
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Any experience with SQL Server 2005 is a great bonus)
Experience making positive contributions in a team environment
A diligent work ethic and the discipline to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions
Preferred Experience:
Experience using transact SQL to build stored procedures, UDFs etc.
Working knowledge of building and in particular, consuming web services
Experience designing and building reports on the Microsoft Reporting Services platform
Experience with smart client technology a bonus (ClickOnce)
Experience with reading, authoring and editing XML documents
